This bright, comfortable, 1920's lumberman built bungalow retains its historic charm outside but has a completely modern interior. The house is a short walk to the bustle of downtown Bend yet rests in a quiet neighborhood. Designed and furnished for easy living it features a well stocked kitchen, smart TV, comfy furnishings, and outdoor patio.

The house has everything a traveler needs for comfortable living and working while enjoying Bend. Many guests just park the car until they need to drive to a trailhead. My home is close to the center of downtown Bend, it's brewpubs, restaurants, shopping and miles of urban walking and biking paths. Walk to the new whitewater park, Old Mill shopping, or up and downriver on the Deschutes. There are two Schwinn bikes in the garage for you to use in town. (1972 Suburban model, Chicago factory)

The entire home is yours including the house, driveway, front yard, and back patio. You will receive a unique door code allowing 24 hour access.

Other things to note

Please inquire for stays longer than 9 days. I do occasionally negotiate offers for month long stays. Bend is a popular year round destination focused on outdoor recreation. There are many events in town and surrounding local areas. Check out visitbend.com
